- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 tbsp condensed milk adjust to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 2 oz espresso shot
- Ice cubes
Slice the avocado open, remove the pit, and scoop out the avocado into a blender.
Add in the condensed milk and half of the milk into the blender with the avocado. Blend until you achieve a smooth avocado mixture.
Pour the avocado smoothie into a medium glass/cup, leaving some space at the top for the coffee.
Drop in a handful of ice cubes
Gently pour the remaining milk over the avocado smoothie.
Add the espresso shot, letting it cascade down in a swirl.
