Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk adjust to taste
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 oz espresso shot
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Slice the avocado open, remove the pit, and scoop out the avocado into a blender.
  • Add in the condensed milk and half of the milk into the blender with the avocado. Blend until you achieve a smooth avocado mixture.
  • Pour the avocado smoothie into a medium glass/cup, leaving some space at the top for the coffee.
  • Drop in a handful of ice cubes
  • Gently pour the remaining milk over the avocado smoothie.
  • Add the espresso shot, letting it cascade down in a swirl.
  • Give it a quick stir to blend everything together. Your Avocado Coffee is ready to be enjoyed.
