Ingredients
- 1 oz. of shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. of paprika or cayenne powder
- 1/4 tsp. of fish sauce or a pinch of salt
- Shredded parmesan cheese
- Green onion
- Baguette bread
How to make shrimp toast
- In a bowl with the shrimp already minced, mix it with, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika or cayenne powder, shredded parmesan, and fish sauce. Fish sauce will enhance the taste of the shrimp but if you’re not a fan, a pinch of salt will work just as well.
- Chop the green onion and mix it into the shrimp mixture.
- Slice the baguette bread into 1/2-inch thick slices. Spread the shrimp mixture onto each slice, and then place it onto a baking tray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F in the toaster, until the bread is crispy and the shrimp is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
