Clean the salmon and remove the skin if preferred.
Rub cayenne powder, a pinch of sugar, black pepper, and fish sauce onto the salmon until evenly coated.
Bake the salmon and garlic gloves in the oven on high heat, 375°F for 5-8 minutes. Make sure to not overcook the salmon.
When the salmon is done cooking, take it out of the oven and mince the roasted garlic.
In a bowl, smash the salmon and mix it together with mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, minced garlic, and steamed rice until even consistency.
Serve with roasted sesame sheets and kimchi.
Garnish with green onions and furikake if desired.
