  • 1/4 tsp salt

For the Walnuts

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Season the shrimp with salt and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, condensed milk, honey, lemon juice, water and salt.

  • Fry the shrimp: Working in batches, add the shrimp to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per batch.

  • Sprinkle with walnuts and sesame seeds (optional) and serve immediately.
