Bang Bang Chicken Salad
I’ve made a Bang Bang Salmon Salad with this sauce before, and it was so good that I had to try it with chicken. The sauce is creamy, spicy, and just the right amount of tangy—it’s the kind of sauce you want to put on everything. This Bang Bang Chicken Salad is just as delicious, with juicy marinated chicken and fresh veggies that make it a super satisfying meal.

For the Salad:
- Chicken breast or tenderloin cubed
- Lettuce your favorite type, roughly chopped
- Cucumber sliced
- Cilantro a small handful, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes halved
- Croutons for some crunch
For the Chicken Marinade:
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Black pepper
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tsp chili paste
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp whipping cream
Marinate the Chicken:
Start by seasoning your chicken. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Coat the chicken evenly, making sure each piece gets a nice layer of flavor. Let the chicken marinate for about 5-10 minutes.
Prepare the Salad:
While the chicken is cooking, prepare your salad base. Toss together the lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and croutons in a large bowl.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, yellow mustard, sriracha, chili paste, honey, and whipping cream. Taste and adjust if you want more heat or sweetness. The sauce should be creamy, tangy, and with a bit of a kick.
