Garlic Parmesan Wings Air Fryer

Equipment

  • 1 air fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken wings

Marinate

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine

Seasoning

  • 2 ounces butter
  • dried or fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the chicken with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, sugar, cayenne powder, and cooking wine.
  • Marinate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
  • Place the wings in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 330°F, then flip the wings and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  • While the wings are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant. Remove from heat
  • Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and place them in a large bowl.
  • Pour the garlic butter over the wings, then sprinkle the parmesan and parley, ad toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve and enjoy!
